  • Aphria (APHA) and Tilray (TLRY) up 6% and 26%, respectively, after the companies announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to combine their businesses with the implied pro forma equity value of the combined company being approximately $3.9B
  • Quest Diagnostics (DGX) up 2% after raising its FY20 outlook
  • Sio Gene Therapies (SIOX) up 29% after announcing six-month follow-up data from the low-dose cohort of the company's dose escalation study of AXO-AAV-GM1, its adeno-associated viral vector 9-based gene therapy candidate for the treatment of GM1 gangliosidosis

  • Moderna (MRNA) down 4% after Morgan Stanley analyst Matthew Harrison downgraded shares to Equal Weight and Jefferies analyst Michael Yee downgraded the stock to Hold
  • Penumbra (PEN) down 9% after announcing that it is voluntarily recalling all configurations of the Penumbra JET 7 Reperfusion Catheter with Xtra Flex technology
  • iQIYI (IQ) down 9% after announcing the commencement of a registered underwritten public offering by the company of its convertible senior notes due 2026, and a registered underwritten public offering by the company of American depositary shares
  • Greenwich Life Sciences (GLSI) down 6% after filing to sell 470,085 shares of common stock
